Baggage Check-in and Claim:

Baggage counters will be along the perimeter of Condura Village facing Bridgeway Avenue across Vivere Hotel. Each race category is assigned its own baggage check-in and claim.

Procedures:

• Look for the tent that corresponds to your race distance. All baggage tents are properly labeled.
• Deposit your bags and tear the perforated “baggage” stub in your race bib. Please note that your stub has the same number as your race bib.
• Attach the “baggage” stub in your tag using the tie-wrap provided.
• Hand over the bag to the baggage attendant.
• You will retrieve your belongings in the same tent where these are deposited.
• When claiming, simply present your race bib to the baggage attendant.

Friendly Reminders:

• Bags over 2ft x 2ft will not be accepted.
• The rule, 1 bag per runner, shall apply.
• Please do not lose your race bib as this is the ONLY way for you to claim your bag.
• Your baggage will be handled with utmost care. However, you are encouraged to remove all breakable and fragile items from the bag.
• Please avoid putting valuables such as wallet, mobile phones, jewelries, digital cameras in the bag. The organizer/s, sponsors and suppliers will not be held liable for losses and damages to your properties.
